FREE  Shipping on all orders to UK over £60.

What are Processing & Delivery Times?

All non-personalised orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order.  

Lead time on all personalised items is 2-4 business working days of receiving your order + delivery times.

All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail.

Email confirmation will be sent once your items dispatched. You can track your parcel through the link provided in your despatch email. 

Delivery times  vary according to location, and are estimated as follows:


United Kingdom | Approx. 2-3 business days once dispatch

Europe | Approx. 2-11 business days once dispatched 

*Delivery shipping times may vary during busy periods.

We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible and often you will receive your order much sooner. However please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times and in the rare case of unforeseen issues with courier or logistics delivery may take longer.

*PLEASE NOTE: Once the order has been  placed, we cannot cancel the order or edit the shipping address. 

What is PRE-ORDER items and how they will be shipped?

Any pre order items can take 2-4 weeks to be delivered - please bare this in mind when ordering. If your order contains both IN STOCK & PRE ORDER you parcel will be shipped when all items are available.

 Problems with your oder?

We want you to have the best online shopping experience, so if you have not received your package within 2 weeks after receiving confirmation of your item being dispatched, please contact us via email. We are here to help!

Overseas Customers, Taxes and Duties

Please note that customers will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges thats are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities. We are not responsible for any delays this may cause.

Other important information

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Please make sure you provide us with the correct delivery details.

If sadly for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order because products our of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email.

Due to COVID lockdown restrictions we may experience some delays. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive. As we are sure you will understand this is totally out of our control and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
